Scheduling
All appointment times are requested time slots only and are not guaranteed. We will confirm your appointment via phone, text, or email. Scheduling may be adjusted based on availability, job scope, or travel considerations.
Estimates & Pricing
Any pricing provided prior to an on-site evaluation is an estimate only. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions, scope of work, materials required, or unforeseen issues discovered during the job.
Materials
Unless explicitly stated, materials are not included in the quoted price. Any required materials will be discussed and approved prior to purchase or installation.
Access & Readiness
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the work area at the scheduled time. Delays due to inaccessible or unprepared workspaces may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a $100 service fee.
Scope of Work
Work will be completed based on the agreed-upon scope. Any additional work requested outside of the original scope may require a revised estimate and customer approval.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Limitations
We provide handyman services and do not perform work requiring specialized licensing unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues beyond what is visible at the time of estimate.
Warranty / Workmanship
We stand behind our workmanship. If an issue arises directly related to our work, please contact us and we will make it right within 90 days of service.
Pets & Safety
Customers are responsible for securing pets during service to ensure a safe working environment.
Footwear & Safety
For safety and insurance compliance, we are unable to wear disposable boot covers while working. We take care to keep work areas clean and will make reasonable efforts to protect flooring during service.
Delays & Unforeseen Conditions
Certain projects may uncover unforeseen issues that can impact timeline or cost. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.
